It's Up to You

Wow! This week has certainly been interesting! With all of the news of the coronovirus, it has been interesting to watch how people have converted this into utter panic and overwhelm.

So, what to do? As I mentioned in the blog last week, it is so important, even on a scientific level, to keep your stress level down to keep your immune system working well. Also, you might look at the story your mind is telling you and figure out how much is coming from fear and how much is coming from a higher vibration. I don’t need to copy what I said last week, you can go back and read it.

From here, though, be sure to consider your own MENTAL health. Are you having fun? Are you engaging in a meaningful way with others - one that abates rather than fueling fear? Are you spending time in nature? Are you curating what what you are consuming - both through your mouth and through your eyes and ears? Most importantly, are you being kind? Can people feel the flow of love when they interact with you? Have you forgotten how we are all connected?

Consider the health of the world. In addition to washing your hands, if you are a young person with a fine immune system, send love, be kind, be respectful. Ask, “How can I help?” If you feel like there is nothing physical you can do, work on making yourself even lighter. Your high vibration will help elevate the vibration of the whole world. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature walks, prayer are examples of things I do to make me feel lighter. These same practices can be done also if you are in a category that is at risk. In that case, ask for help, live in love, stay home until this blows over.
