We offer Kripalu yoga or meditation classes to groups and individuals.   These classes are for adults of all ages and teens.  Kripalu yoga is accessible to any person. 

A Kripalu yoga class includes centering, warm ups, breathing exercises, yoga postures and relaxation.  Each class is designed to adapt to the abilities of the people in the class and also to the location of the class.  A meditation class includes a brief introduction followed by guided meditation. Generally, a meditation class would include very little movement.

Group yoga Classes

Ongoing all-levels group classes are Tuesdays and Wednedays at 9:15am, in person in West Hartford, CT or on Zoom. I am also available for private classes or for group classes which you arrange.  Contact us at nancy@deeppeacect.com or click on the contact us button below.

Group Meditation classES

Join us for guided healing meditation from 12:15 to 12:45pm EDT on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays either live or virtually on Zoom. Each class includes guided meditation and group Reiki healing. Please click on the contact us button below to receive the Zoom invitation.

If you would like to start a group class on zoom or at your place of worship, club, school or other group gathering space, please contact us at nancy@deeppeacect.com or click on the contact us button below. These classes can be for any number of people, up to a maximum of 25.

 

Private Classes

Private or semiprivate sessions are available in your location or at Deep Peace or virtually. These could be ongoing or for a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary.  Each class would be adapted to fit your needs.
